1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing manakodex.com or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Manakodex is a price intelligence information tool for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It aggregates public data from Cardmarket — active listings and sales data — and computes suggested prices and liquidity estimates for informational purposes only.

Prices shown are informational estimates provided "as is". Manakodex makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Nothing on this site constitutes financial or investment advice. We recommend verifying prices directly on Cardmarket before making any buying or selling decisions.

3. Acceptable use

By using Manakodex, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service by automated means without authorisation.
  • Intentionally overload our servers through excessive or automated requests.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of these rules.

4. Intellectual property

Catalog metadata (set names, card names, rarities, illustrators) is sourced from TCGdex, an open Pokémon TCG database. Pokémon is a trademark of The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, and Game Freak. Manakodex is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or Cardmarket.

The Manakodex codebase, design, written content, and original features remain the property of their authors. No reproduction or reuse is permitted without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manakodex and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the service, including any financial losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of prices displayed here.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page is always current. Continued use of Manakodex after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
